Ordering
Orders may be placed
24 hours/day, 7 days/week by phone, fax or e-mail. We
confirm faxed, voice mail and e-mail orders. Please be
aware dye lots may vary slightly from one shipment to
the next. We cannot guarantee colors to be consistent
and may be substituted when necessary. Prices are
subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS typically within
24-48 hours. Shipping charges are based on the UPS/FedEx
rate chart. For rush orders, we offer US Priority Mail
for an additional $10.00 charge above US Postal rates.
This service is 1 to 3 days (not guaranteed) to anywhere
in the US, includes Saturday delivery, and is cheaper
than UPS air shipments.
Terms
All orders may be charged to
a credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Discover) or shipped C.O.D. (UPS/FedEx charges an
additional $6.00). A $25.00 service charge for returned
checks will be collected and payment status changed to
money order or credit card only.
Returns
Returns will be refused without prior authorization of A Moment in Time Botanicals, Inc. To receive authorization, returns must be reported within five days from receipt of shipment. Returns are subject to round trip freight charges and a 15% restocking fee. To receive credit all items must be received within 20 days from original shipment date and in original condition. Credits are in-house only.
Damages
Call tags will be issued for damaged or incorrect shipments. Damages must be reported by phone or fax within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. The original damaged box must be saved for inspection by FedEx Ground or UPS. Credit for damages will be issued only after product is returned to A Moment in Time Botanicals, Inc.
